We take your privacy and the security of your data very seriously.

For a start, regarding the checkout process, this is all done via secure web pages. We do not record your credit card information, but rather use the extremely popular and secure checkout process provided by Stripe.

With regard to your stories and pictures, all of your data is securely stored off-site through our hosting company, Amazon Web Services. We therefore do not have our own servers which could perhaps somehow be compromised or corrupted. Furthermore, your access to the dashboard is password-protected. We do not have access to your password. 

When it's time to print your book, your data is sent directly to our printer via a secure API connection. No one on our team accesses your book data at any point. From the bok printer, your order is sent directly to you.

We do not investigate or access your stories, nor do we sell any data to third parties.
