You may want a friend or relative to receive a story prompt in a different language. That's no problem. As the Purchaser or Editor you can add a custom story prompt in whatever language you desire, as long as it's in Roman (Latin), Greek or Cyrillic alphabet. French, Dutch, Turkish, Hungarian, Greek, etc. etc. are therefore all no problem.

The Author can then respond to the story prompt in any language as long as, again, it's in the Roman (Latin), Greek or Cyrillic alphabet.
